Package Your Items
Securely place your jewelry in its original velvet pouch and box, ensuring all certificates of authenticity and tags are included.
Ship to Our Studio
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our gemologists inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
